Topic: State of the Insurance Market
Join us Tuesday, May 9th as we hear about the current state of the insurance market for community associations in Colorado. Tressa Bishop, MBA, CIC, CIRMS, Executive Vice President with USI Insurance Services, will provide a property and liability market update, discuss claims reporting issues managers and Boards need to be aware of, and provide a sneak peek into what to expect later in 2023 and beyond.

Tressa has been with USI Insurance Services since 2016 with a primary focus on the non-profit sector, including large community associations, school districts, and municipalities. She is a state and national speaker on insurance matters.
Tressa obtained her B.A. in social sciences from Colorado State University in Fort Collins, CO and her M.B.A., concentration in finance, from Fairleigh Dickinson University in Madison, NJ. She holds the Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation through The National Alliance, as well as the Community Insurance Risk Management Specialist (CIRMS) designation through Community Associations Institute.
